OUR PROJECTS / Getting People Back to Work Working alongside Kingston Workstart (an employment support service for people with health problems living in the Royal Borough of Kingston), we work with people who need a little extra support into voluntary work, work experience or paid employment. This can include people with learning disabilities, mental health problems, physical disabilities or sensory impairments. This project is aimed to broaden their goals and increase their expectations for the future. We are looking to achieve this by including a new structure to their routine, building their confidence, increasing and developing new pathways into employment.
